Shipping and Delivery Information

1. Shipping Fees
We charge $ 9.00 for shipping your order. Each additional item is shipped for free when shipped with Czech Post.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch
We process and dispatch your order within 2 working days. During busy or sales periods, there may be some delays in dispatching your order. We will endeavor to fulfill your order by the delivery date specified in the confirmation email or, if no date is provided, within a reasonable timeframe from the dispatch confirmation (unless exceptional circumstances arise).

3. Delivery Times
All delivery dates and times listed on the website are for general guidance and are not guaranteed. In most cases, goods are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. If we anticipate delays, we will contact you to notify you of this.

4. Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email confirmation. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Alternate Delivery Address
We are happy to deliver goods to a location different from your billing address. Simply enter the alternate shipping address during the checkout process. For first-time orders, we may contact you to arrange delivery to your billing address instead.

6. Delivery to PO Boxes or Hotels
In some cases, we can deliver goods to PO boxes or hotels. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange delivery to another address.

7. Responsibility for Goods
We ensure all orders until they are delivered to the specified delivery address. Once a courier receives a signature upon delivery, the responsibility for the goods transfers to you or the person who signs for the delivery.
